I have a particular interest in and energy for supporting SME’s in developing their business.
My broad range of experience, both as a leader in an SME and as a Coach, Consultant and Facilitator suits me to this work. I also enjoy the sense of direct connection between for example 1-1 Coaching with the ceo, a Strategy session or Team Development work with the Executive Team and business results.
I am happy to meet with you for an exploratory conversation on a no obligation basis. This builds a connection between us and allows the issues to be aired in a confidential space. We may then contract to work together, or other options may emerge in the dialogue.
