The core thread and focus of all of my work is supporting you as my Client (individual, team or organisation) to look at what you are currently doing and how you are doing it and to take action to improve your own performance and that of the business.

My experience and training in 10 years working in Organisational Development covers different, inter-related roles in a variety of organisational settings.

Key roles are as:

  • Consultant re Organisational Development
  • Facilitator.

I work with individuals, with teams and with groups large and small.
