My professional approach to consulting and ethics is anchored in my committment to my own processes of personal and professional development and supervision.

Training, Development

  • Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching with the AoEC, the leading Executive Coach training in the UK
  • I teach on the AoEC Advanced Diploma programme
  • I am an accredited Executive Coach to P.C.C (Professional Certified Coach) level
  • In-depth experience of Gestalt approaches to change
  • Psychodynamics of groups and group leadership
  • Extensive training as a psychotherapist
  • Experienced in using a wide variety of psychometrics, leadership inventories, team profiling tools
  • Consulting, Leadership, Facilitation trainings of various forms
  • MA in experiential approaches to individual, group and organisational development

Practically, this amounts to (on average over ten years) in excess of 20 days pa direct experience as a participant in various trainings and groups.

Supervision

To avoid working in isolation, it is standard practice as a Consultant to invest in a supervisory relationship. This supports inquiry into and development of professional practice.

I am in on-going regular supervision with a Gestalt trained practictioner.
