Training, Development
- Advanced Diploma in Executive Coaching with the AoEC, the leading Executive Coach training in the UK
- I teach on the AoEC Advanced Diploma programme
- I am an accredited Executive Coach to P.C.C (Professional Certified Coach) level
- In-depth experience of Gestalt approaches to change
- Psychodynamics of groups and group leadership
- Extensive training as a psychotherapist
- Experienced in using a wide variety of psychometrics, leadership inventories, team profiling tools
- Consulting, Leadership, Facilitation trainings of various forms
- MA in experiential approaches to individual, group and organisational development
Practically, this amounts to (on average over ten years) in excess of 20 days pa direct experience as a participant in various trainings and groups.
Supervision
To avoid working in isolation, it is standard practice as a Consultant to invest in a supervisory relationship. This supports inquiry into and development of professional practice.
I am in on-going regular supervision with a Gestalt trained practictioner.
