Learning in Action

Managing a balance between learning through on-the-job experience (often supported by 1-1 coaching) and learning through facilitated experience and experiment in workshop settings is key for change to become embedded in the organisational.

We learn through action. We also want learning to be put into action, in the organisation.

Enhanced leadership performance at all levels is not so much about identifying some big shifts, although that can be a part of it. Implementation through on going daily action is the essential ingredient.
