Skills Development
Skills Development work with individuals supports business objectives in a number of different ways.
- The skills are obviously directly useful in people’s roles in the organisation.
- Working on developing these skills requires us to develop our level of self-awareness which is critical as people progress in their careers and get involved in more complex team and group interactions. Having a level of self-awareness is a pre-requisite to effective inter-personal skills.
- Such developmental work is nowadays viewed by most professionals as an integral part of career development.
I facilitate Coaching Skills, Consulting Skills, Facilitation Skills and Influencing Skills workshops from introductory to advanced level.
I have years of experience of running these programmes with dozens of different clients, for example; Standard Life, Royal Bank of Scotland, Scottish Water, The Deer Commission.
