The purpose of Leadership Formation work is for more and new leadership action to emerge in the organisation.

Strategic Leadership is distant and involves thinking about organisational purpose, structure and design. Face-to-face leadership is intimate and involves you working with others to implement your strategic thinking.

I co-design leadership interventions with my Clients, that integrate the strategic aspects of leading with the face-to-face aspects in a blend appropriate to the particular context.
